All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value. Applicable promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. Ridivilla Gems is not liable for these additional charges.

5. Packaging

All gemstones and jewellery are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use secure, tamper-evident packaging with adequate cushioning to protect your items during transit. Each order is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity where applicable.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Delays and Exceptions

7.1 Customs and Import Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Ridivilla Gems has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7.2 Force Majeure

Ridivilla Gems shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or restrictions imposed by governmental authorities.

7.3 Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Ridivilla Gems will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the courier and work to resolve it promptly.

  • For lost shipments: We will initiate a trace with the courier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
  • For damaged shipments: Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage. Contact us with photographic evidence so we can process your claim.
